No. Studymate UMS can run for a single department or faculty. Your students register, subscribe to their lecturers, and start accessing course materials — no approval from central IT needed. If the rest of the university wants to join later, we scale it up without starting over.
Students pay with their debit card, bank transfer, or USSD through Paystack. Access unlocks as soon as payment goes through — no manual confirmation needed on your end.
₦4,500 per semester for platform access, plus ₦1,000 per course. A student taking 8 courses pays ₦12,500 plus VAT. Lecturers receive 85% of their course fees.
Everything their lecturer uploads — lesson notes, recorded video lectures, live class links, and continuous assessments (CAs and CBTs). They also see their full result breakdown: Test 1, Test 2, Test 3, Exam, and semester GPA.

Yes, that's exactly how the grade entry works. You enter scores in a table (or upload via Excel), the system computes totals and grades automatically, and you publish when ready. Students see their results instantly.
